Scan the QR code and open the site. Follow the steps to allow the mobile site to act as an app.
1. Click the icon in the middle of the box with an arrow coming out of it.
2. A screen with several buttons will appear including: Add Bookmark, Add to Reading List, Add to Home Screen, Mail Link to this Page, Tweet and Print. Tap on Add to Home Screen button.
3. An icon will appear on the home screen for a shortcut.
